Periodically, we see OneDrive not syncing or not updating files in a timely manner. Just like your computer, One Drive needs to be restarted. In order to do this, please do the following steps:

1. Go to the bottom right of your screen and click on the One Drive icon:

2. Click on “Help and Settings” then click “Close OneDrive”

3. Then click on the Start (Windows) button and type in OneDrive, click this and it will restart the application!

4. Then you should be good to go! If the issue still persists just let us know and we can log in to take a look!
